We are seeking applicants for a variety of positions at both our West Kelowna and Kelowna locations.
Cashier
Cashiers are an important part of our team and provide excellent customer service at point of sale. Candidates should be friendly and welcoming and embrace a fast-paced work environment. A passion for plants and experience with horticulture is an asset, but not a requirement.

- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers - Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Nursery Yard & Garden
Centre Customer Service Staff
Nursery Yard & Garden Centre Customer Service Staff provide excellent customer service to customers shopping for annuals, perennials, and nursery plants like trees, shrubs, and fruiting plants.
Job responsibilities:
-- Customer service, including giving customers advice and guidance in their purchases
- Care and maintenance of plants and displays
- Plant production tasks such as unloading plants and re-stocking
- Advise and cross-sell products such as fertilisers, soil, and gardening solutions
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Maintain clean and tidy working areas
Candidates should be friendly and welcoming and embrace a fast-paced work environment. Amateur gardeners, experienced and master gardeners, passionate plant people, and those looking to learn more about gardening are encouraged to apply.

Assistant - Nursery Yard
The Assistant Nursery Yard Lead will be a key support person for managing the nursery yard which includes perennials, trees, shrubs, evergreens, roses, fruit trees and small berry bushes.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Assist customers with product inquiries, requests and orders. Generate sales by advising customers on selection of plants, methods of planting, cultivation, and proper care.
In conjunction with department lead, they will stock, organize plant material, and merchandise yard and displays.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience working in a garden centre, growing operation, nursery, or for a landscaping company is an asset. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
