- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers - Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate

- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Nursery Yard & Garden Centre Customer Service Staff provide excellent customer service to customers shopping for annuals, perennials, and nursery plants like trees, shrubs, and fruiting plants.

Job responsibilities:

-- Customer service, including giving customers advice and guidance in their purchases

- Care and maintenance of plants and displays

- Plant production tasks such as unloading plants and re-stocking

- Advise and cross-sell products such as fertilisers, soil, and gardening solutions

- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information

- Maintain clean and tidy working areas
